マクロ環境（ＰＥＳＴ）分析、業界環境（３Ｃ）分析、自社の「強み弱み」・「機会と脅威」（ＳＷＯＴ）分析、「ポジショニングマップ」作成、以上『事業戦略』を立案するためのワンシート企画書（Ａ３版ＰＤＦファイル）です。
（従来よりマーケティング分析手法として広く語られていますが、相互関連性が重要であり、如何にモレなく相互に整合を図るかが課題ですので、当室にてワンシート化したものです。）
鳥瞰視、虫瞰視（顧客ニーズを絞込み）し、重要項目をもれなくダブリなくチェック（ＭＥＣＥ）し、戦略思考を可能とします。会社経営はもちろんのこと個人事業を開始（起業）する際にも押さえるべき戦略的基本事項を網羅しています。ご活用ください。
この計画的戦略（顧客セグメント、ターゲット理論）に対し、新たな戦略「創発的戦略」（顧客ニーズ創出、「顧客価値実現」戦略）とのバランスが必要といわれています。
「創発的戦略」については、シート化しておりませんが、当室「事業方針」（現場主義、顧客・他事業者との連携・協働、システム思考による「顧客価値実現を第一」）を以って推進してまいります。

Thank you for your comment. This design is what I edited each individual analysis method. Individual analysis methods can be obtained from many books and nets. As you know, this design is based on a planned strategy, I think from now on I think that it is the era of strategies for customer needs and on-site emergence. Although it is a global economic society, I think that the lives of local people are more important. Let 's cooperate step by step for world peace together.
